Only the real item can be interacted with. The ghostly one will vanish if Isaac leaves the room and there is no real item on the pedestal.
Item pedestals that are spawned after room generation, e.g. Boss Room items, items from chests, etc., won't have a ghostly item.
Buying an item from a Shop or Devil Deal will also buy the ghostly version of it for free.
On useCycles between the real and ghostly items on pedestals, allowing Isaac to collect the ghostly variant.
Does not affect pedestals that don't have a ghostly item on them.
If playing as Tainted Lazarus, it will switch between the dead and alive form of the character. Unlock: Defeat Delirium as Tainted Lazarus. - Tags -- Synergies -- Links -
