Grants a poison bomb above Isaac's head that can be thrown using the cardinal directions and explodes upon impact.

The explosion deals DamageStat + 185 damage and leaves behind a gas cloud that poisons enemies that come in contact with it.

The poison cloud deals 5 damage per tick (15 per second).

The bomb can slightly bounce off of walls before exploding.

Can drop from the Sloth mini-boss.
This item contributes towards the Bob transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac poison immunity and make him leave green poisonous creep on the ground that deals 20 damage per second.
