Grants Isaac hungry tears that decelerate as they travel. Upon stopping or hitting something, they burst into 5-8 tears (based on tear size) in all directions that deal half of the main tear's damage.

Tears can be fired into each other in order to feed them, increasing their size and damage.

One tear can be fed up to 5 times before bursting.

Combined tears' damage gets added up together, with the first consumed tear giving additional damage.

Familiars' tears can also feed Isaac's tears.

Tear bursting is also affected by tear size. With big enough tear size, tears will burst immediately after firing.
Unlock: Collect 10 items with the tearsup tag or Tears Up pills in a single run.
