The familiar deals 2 damage per tick (8.57 per second). It fires 15 tears per second while moving which deal 3 damage each.

The familiar will prioritize moving towards nearby enemies.

If there are no enemies in the room, the familiar will loosely orbit Isaac.
This item contributes towards the Beelzebub transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight, converts small enemy flies into Blue Flies, and permanently charms larger enemy flies.
Unlock: Defeat (or spare) Baby Plum 10 times.
