Destroys all obstacles, machines, beggars, etc and deals 200 damage to every enemy. This effect is applied upon entering each room for the entire floor.

It will also open up any doors in the rooms, including Secret Room and Super Secret Room entrances.

Will blow up the

Donation Machine as well, rendering it unusable for the rest of the run.

Opens the door to Boss Rush and Hush even after the time limit has expired.

If Isaac has a

Golden Bomb, it will change Mama Mega's sprite on the HUD to a golden one, and using Mama Mega will consume the Golden Bomb, allowing Mama Mega to be used again.
