Transforms Isaac into a random unlocked character and applies all of the new character's stat changes.

Removes the last passive item collected or trinket gulped.

Cannot transform into a character that hasn't been unlocked yet.

Non-tainted characters can only transform into other non-tainted characters, and tainted ones can transform only into tainted ones.

The Clicker can choose the same character making it seem as no effect took place at all.
