Isaac farts, knocking back enemies and their shots, and sending out rock waves that deal 10 damage per tick to enemies and break obstacles.

Rock waves can break open door entrances, including Secret Rooms. They can also break open Bomb Chests.

When a run is started, the game has a 5% chance to replace Butter Bean with this item in every item pool. This means both items cannot be available at the same time in a run.
