Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac around and shoots tears that have random effects similar to other familiars.

The familiar shoots 1.36 times per second.

The familiar can shoot the following types of tears:
• short-range blood tears that deal 6 damage;
• plain red tears that deal 3.5 damage;
• V-pattern double shot tears that deal 3.5 damage each;
• charming purple tears that deal 3.5 damage;
• slowing black tears that deal 3.5 damage;
• spectral tears that deal 3.5 damage;
• long-range homing violet tears that deal 3.5 damage;
• long-range spectral and homing tears that deal 3.5 damage;
• blood tear that deals 4 damage;
• large blood tear that deals 5 damage.
This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
