Adds a golden heart.

Golden hearts do not serve as any form of protection. They simply form an outline around the last heart in Isaac's health bar. When that heart is depleted, the golden heart will break and do the following:
• Drop 3-8 coins.
• Turn enemies near Isaac into gold for 6 seconds, similar to Midas' Touch. Golden enemies drop coins when killed.

When touched by The Lost or Tainted Lost, explodes into several coins akin to the Midas' Touch effect.
