Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and can be launched in the direction Isaac is firing after a short charge-up period, represented with a charge bar next to the familiar.

It can be launched before the charge bar is at maximum, but will do so with a lower velocity.

The familiar deals a fixed amount of damage based on the level of charge and velocity, ranging from ~1 to ~28 damage.

It can bounce off of walls and enemies multiple times.
