Angel Rooms become available again if a Devil Deal was previously taken.

The Donation Machine becomes unjammed if it was previously used or blown up.

Item and pill pools are not reset.

The in-game timer is not reset, meaning Boss Rush and Blue Womb requirements will not be reset either.
Costs 99¢ when found in a Shop.
Costs 2 Heart Containers when found in a Devil Deal, or 99¢ in an Angel Shop.
