Isaac's tears have a chance to stick to enemies and explode after a few seconds, dealing 60 + DamageStat in a small radius.

The explosions can hurt Isaac.

If a sticky tear gets detached from an enemy (if the enemy dies or teleports), the tear will slowly fall to the ground, attaching itself to a new enemy it comes in contact with.
