Description
When her health is above 2 Red Hearts, she leaves damaging red creep on the ground and loses half a heart each 10 seconds.

The health loss affects all types of hearts except Rotten Hearts, but red hearts are prioritized and drained first.

Losing the leaking hearts does not affect the Devil Deal chance. Only non-leaking ones do.

If she has no red hearts, all hearts will leak until she has half a heart left.

She receives double healing from all sources except heart pickups.

All enemies have a 50% chance of dropping a Half Heart upon death, that will disappear after 2 seconds unless picked up.

Touching an enemy will perform a melee attack that deals 6x damage and guarantees a Half Heart to spawn from enemies killed by it.

The melee attack synergizes with held items.
Unlock: Open up the hidden Red Door in the Home level as Magdalene.
