Initiates the Ascent sequence, teleporting Isaac to the backward floors, ultimately leading to the Home floor and The Beast fight.

The item cannot be rerolled or destroyed.

Can be acquired by entering the Strange Door that appears in the beginning of Depths II by using The Polaroid or The Negative on it. This will take Isaac to the Mausoleum/Gehenna, where the Boss Room will contain the item.

Has no effect if obtained outside the special Boss Room, except for the music slowly fading out.
