Suplex! is an unlockable active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Causes Isaac to dash a short distance. If he runs into an enemy while dashing, he will pick them up and a crosshair spawns under him that can be controlled with the shooting buttons.

After 1 second, Isaac leaps up and slams down on the crosshair with the enemy, dealing damage to them and any enemies he lands on. This also creates a circular wave of rocks that damages nearby enemies and destroys projectiles.

Isaac is invulnerable while dashing and holding an enemy, except to damage from Blood Donation Machines and Devil Beggars.

The damage of the slam is equal to 50 ± S, where S is the number of size ups/downs Isaac has.

Each spike in the rock wave deals 10 damage, and the range of the wave scales with Isaac's size.

Isaac can also Suplex bombs, bosses, shopkeepers, TNT, stone enemies, fire places, furniture in the Home level, etc.

Suplex!

• Charge forward a short distance, grabbing the first enemy touched
• After grabbing an enemy, aim the crosshairs and jump high into the air and slam the enemy down at the targeted location
• The slam creates a shockwave and damages the held enemy as well as any other enemies struck by it
• Abyss: x1 knockback locust .75x Isaac's damage
• Book of Virtues: x3 middle wisps - 2 hp - 3 damage
• Book of Virtues: Wisps spawn where Isaac lands
• Book of Virtues: Wisps last for the room
