Rules Card consumable
Rules Card is an unlockable consumable in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Displays a random message on the screen, similarly to a 
Fortune Telling Machine.
These messages will often contain hints, or special seeds.
Note
This page shows the latest information as of the new Repentance+ (Online Co-op) DLC.
