Quints is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Spawns a stationary familiar in the place of killed enemies, up to 5 per room. Familiars appear colorless.

The following familiars can be spawned:
• Abel
• Boiled Baby
• Brother Bobby
• Demon Baby
• Freezer Baby
• Ghost Baby
• Guardian Angel
• Harlequin Baby
• Lil Brimstone
• Little Steven
• Multidimensional Baby
• Robo-Baby
• Rotten Baby
• Seraphim
• Sister Maggy

The same type of familiar can spawn multiple times per room.

This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
