Card Reading item
Card Reading is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Creates 2 portals at the beginning of each floor. They can spawn at random with different colors, each taking Isaac to a different room:
• Red: Boss Room.
• Yellow: Treasure Room.
• Blue: Secret Room.
• Green: Shop.
The portals disappear once the starting room is left.
From Chapter 4 onward, only 1 portal will spawn.

Card Reading
• Spawns 2 portals at the beginning of each floor. These portals may lead to the boss room, treasure room, shop, or secret room
• The portals disappear upon exiting the starting room
• Spawns only 1 portal in chapter 4 and later
• Abyss: x1 locust 1.5x Isaac's damage
