Taurus is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac.

-0.3 speed.

When in a room with enemies, Isaac's speed gradually increases at a rate of +0.065 per tick.

Once the speed reaches 2.0, it activates My Little Unicorn for 5 seconds, granting invulnerability, and reseting the speed bonus afterward.

The effect can be activated only once per room.

If Isaac already has 2.0 speed, the effect will activate immediately upon entering a new room.
