Unicorn Stump is an active item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+0.28 speed and invulnerability for 6 seconds.
Removes the ability to shoot while the effect is active.
Also speeds up the game's music.

• Abyss: x1 shield locust .75x Isaac's damage
• Book of Virtues: x1 middle wisp - 1 hp - doesn't shoot

• Book of Virtues: Deals damage while the item is active
