Little Chubby is an unlockable familiar in The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and charges across the room when Isaac shoots, dealing 3.5 damage per tick (105 per second) to any enemies in its path, until it hits a wall or obstacle.

Has a 1% chance of being dropped upon defeating Chub.
