Each shop will contain a trapdoor that leads to a special underground shop that sells 2-5 of the following:
• Trinket (15¢).
• Item (15-30¢). Items are chosen from the following item pools: Secret Room, Shop, Devil Room, Angel Room and Boss. Devil/Angel items can cost up to 50¢ while Secret Room items can go up to 99¢.
• Card/Rune/Soul Stone (6-8¢).
• Black Heart/Bone Heart (8¢).
• Eternal Heart (15¢).
• Rotten Heart (5¢).

The trapdoor will spawn even if Greed or Super Greed was fought in the shop.
Unlock: Spend over 40¢ in a single shop.
