#207Ball of Bandages"Gotta lick 'em all!"Familiar
Spawns an orbital familiar which blocks shots and deals contact damage.

The familiar can be upgraded up to 4 times by obtaining additional Balls of Bandages. Each level has its own characteristics.

Level 1: Blocks projectiles and deals 7 damage per tick (52.5 per second).

Level 2: Gains the ability to shoot tears alongside Isaac, 1.36 times per second, that deal 3.5 damage and can charm enemies.

Level 3: Transforms from an orbital to a follower that chases nearby enemies and deals 5 damage per tick (12.5 per second). It will fire charming tears in the direction Isaac shoots.

Level 4: Increases the size of Bandage Girl and now deals 10 damage per tick (25 per second). Enemies killed by its tears have a chance to drop a full red heart.

Obtaining additional Balls of Bandages will create a new level 1 ball and start the cycle again.

Can drop after defeating a Harbinger.
Unlock: Defeat Mom.
