• ±0.5 fire rate.
• ±0.2 speed.
• ±0.2 shot speed.
• ±1 luck.
• ±2.5 range.

If the tear stat reaches a negative number, Isaac's tear stat will instead go to the maximum possible value due to an integer overflow.
