#622Genesis"In the beginning"Active item (one time use)
Resets all of Isaac's stats and transformations, removes the floor's curses, and removes all of Isaac's items, except his starting ones and those with the quest tag, and teleports him to a special Bedroom.

The Bedroom contains a Bed, 2 random Chests, 2 Grab Bags, a random trinket, and a beam of light that can be used to exit the room and go down to the next floor.

For every item removed by Genesis, a set of 3 choice-pedestals will spawn in the room containing items from the same item pool as the removed item. Only one of these items can be taken. Each set appears one after the other.

If used on a final floor of the game, the beam of light will be replaced with a Crawl Space that leads back to the starting room of the floor.

Trinkets that were absorbed will simply be removed from Isaac's inventory with no extra item pedestals granted for them.

Picking up an active item from the choice of items will not drop it on the ground, but instead replace it with the new item.

Genesis affects all players in the run.
Unlock: Defeat Ultra Greedier as Jacob and Esau.
