Grants Isaac a luck-based chance to fire red tears that Mark enemies. Marked enemies move slower and are attacked by other enemies until killed, or the effect wears off.

The chance to fire Mark tears scales with luck, using the formula 1 / (6 - LuckStat). It starts at 16.67% with 0 luck, going up to 100% with 5 luck.

While a Marked enemy is present in the room, other enemies ignore Isaac and attack that enemy instead.
