Breaking the shield grants 1 second of invincibility frames.
This item contributes towards the Seraphim transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +3 Soul Hearts.
Costs 2 Heart Containers when found in a Devil Deal, or 30¢ in an Angel Shop.
