Can teleport to any room except an undiscovered Ultra Secret Room.

The teleportation effect can be removed with Black Candle.

The destination room is based on the type of coin picked up:
• Penny: unexplored combat room.
• Double Penny: Dice Room, Vault, Clean Bedroom, or Dirty Bedroom.
• Nickel: Treasure Room, Shop, Library, Arcade, Challenge Room, or Boss Challenge Room.
• Dime: Angel Room or Devil Room.
• Lucky Penny: Secret Room or Super Secret Room.
• Golden Penny: I AM ERROR room.
• Sticky Nickel: Boss Room or Curse Room.
Unlock: Defeat Mother as Tainted Keeper.
