Spawns a shadow familiar that follows Isaac's movement on a very brief delay, and spawns friendly Chargers whenever an enemy comes into contact with it.

The Chargers have 20 HP and deal 8.66 damage per tick (18.56 per second). They also deal an additional tick of damage that scales with enemies' max health points, but cannot exceed 3.5.

Chargers last only for the current room.

No more than 16 Chargers can be acquired at once.
Unlock: Defeat Ultra Greed as Judas.
