The familiar inherits Isaac's damage, tears, range, shoot speed, tear effects, and tear modifiers.

Launching the familiar deals 3x Isaac's damage to enemies it hits.

Gello's tears deal 75% of Isaac's damage, or 100% if playing as

Lilith or

Tainted Lilith.
Unlock: Defeat Delirium as

Tainted Lilith.
