Spawns a poop pile where Isaac is currently standing.

Knocks back nearby enemies, enemy shots and pickups.

The poop pile may yield pickups like regular poop.

Can drop from destroying buckets in Dross.

Cannot be placed over obstacles (e.g. while flying), except for some examples such as Red Poop and Cobwebs which will remove the obstacles.

It can also be placed over retracted spikes which will remove them from the room.
This item contributes towards the Oh Crap transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac the ability to heal half a heart by destroying poop piles.
