Grants Isaac a luck-based chance to fire tears that magnetize enemies, giving them properties similar to those of Strange Attractor.

Enemies, pickups, tears and enemy projectiles that are near magnetized enemies are pulled towards them.

Pulled enemy projectiles deal damage to enemies.

The chance to fire magnetizing tears scales with luck, using the formula 1 / (6 - LuckStat)). It starts at 16.67% with 0 luck, going up to 100% with 5 luck.
