Connects Isaac's tears with electricity beams that deal damage to enemies equal to 30% of Isaac's damage, 15 times per second.

A single tear can only generate one connection, but other tears can still make connections with it.

Each of Isaac's tears can connect with allied tears, including those of shooting familiars.
Unlock: Pick up any 2 items with the tech tag in a single run.
