Grants a fire effect to Isaac's tears, making them set enemies on fire.

Tears have a chance to explode upon impact with an enemy, leaving behind a fire.

The fire deals 23 damage at full durability, then 17.25, and finally 2x11.5.

The explosion can hurt Isaac, but he is immune to the fire that's spawned afterward.

The chance for tears to explode scales with luck, going up to 100% with 13 luck.
