+2 damage.
Prevents speed from going under 1.1.

If Isaac has less than 6 hearts, gives enough hearts to get to 6 full hearts, first by restoring empty red heart containers, and then by granting soul hearts.

Grants a one-time-use Holy Mantle shield that wears off upon leaving the room.

Grants flight.

Grants The Wafer effect if playing on Normal Mode.

Automatically given to Isaac upon entering The Beast fight.
