Evil Charm is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Makes Isaac immune to status effects, such as burning, confusion, fear, gas clouds, and Dogma's Godhead projectiles.

Grants immunity to contact damage to fire places, poison from destroying mushrooms, and any enemy flame attacks.

Allows Isaac to walk over cobwebs on the ground without them affecting his speed.

Allows Isaac to stand in damaging creep for 1 second before receiving any damage.
