Marbles item
Marbles is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
On pickupSpawns 3 random trinkets.
While heldGrants a 10% chance to swallow Isaac's currently held trinket(s) upon taking damage, gaining its effects permanently.
