Gnawed Leaf is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac.

Standing still and not pressing the move or attack buttons for one second will make Isaac invulnerable until the next key press.

Invincibility will be removed by placing bombs or using active items.

Has a 1% chance of being dropped upon defeating Great Gideon.
