Butt Bombs item
Butt Bombs is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+5 bombs.
Bombs cloud up the screen upon detonating, briefly confusing and dealing 10 damage to all enemies in the room.
Butt Bombs heal the following bosses by 25% of their maximum HP: Turdlings, Dingle, Dangle, Brownie and Clog.
Has a 1% chance of being dropped upon defeating Colostomia.
