Guppy's Collar is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a permanent 50% chance to respawn on death, returning Isaac to the previous room.

Respawning via this item will leave Isaac on half a red heart, or half soul heart if he had no red heart containers.

This item contributes towards the Guppy transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and spawn a Blue Fly 66% of the time when a tear hits an enemy.
