Guillotine item
Guillotine is an unlockable familiar in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+1 damage.
+0.5 fire rate.
Detaches Isaac's head from his body, and makes it rotate around his body, allowing it to deal contact damage and block projectiles.
The tears are still shot from Isaac's head, resulting in a non-constant line of fire while standing still.
The head deals 7 damage per tick (52.5 per second).
