Can be acquired from the Treasure Room in the Mirrored World in Downpour/Dross II.

Spawns a knife handle familiar that follows Isaac.

Makes a special room generate in the Mines/Ashpit II that contains Knife Piece 2, the second piece of the knife.

When combined with the other piece, it forms a knife familiar that launches itself in the direction Isaac is shooting, dealing 25 damage to and piercing enemies it hits.

Can be launched at the red door at the end of Mausoleum/Gehenna to open the door leading to the Mother path, destroying the knife in the process.
