Has a 50% chance of activating one of the following effects when taking damage:
• The D6
• D8
• D10
• D12
• D20

Each die effect has an equal chance of being selected.

Cracked Dice

• 50% chance to trigger the D6, D20, D8, D10, or D12 effect each time Isaac takes damage
• Golden Trinket (without Mom's Box): 75% chance to trigger the D6, D20, D8, D10, or D12 effect each time Isaac takes damage
• Mom's Box: 75% chance to trigger the D6, D20, D8, D10, or D12 effect each time Isaac takes damage
• Mom's Box + Golden Trinket: 100% chance to trigger the D6, D20, D8, D10, or D12 effect each time Isaac takes damage
