Rainbow Worm - The Binding of Isaac

Rainbow Worm is a trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.

Isaac's tears gain a random worm trinket effect that changes every 3 seconds. Can give the following effects:
• Pulse Worm
• Ring Worm
• Tape Worm
• Whip Worm
• Wiggle Worm
• Flat Worm
• Hook Worm
• Lazy Worm
• Ouroboros Worm
• Brain Worm

The given effects always follow the above-displayed order.

Has a chance of being dropped upon defeating Larry Jr., Scolex, The Hollow, or Pin. The chance for a trinket to drop is 1%, with every worm variant having an equal chance of being selected.
