Lil Dumpy is a familiar in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Spawns a familiar that follows behind Isaac. When Isaac is about to take damage, the familiar farts and pushes away nearby enemies and projectiles. Enemies that collide with obstacles/walls, or other enemies, will take damage.

The fart will protect Isaac from the damage he's about to take, serving as a shield.

After farting, the familiar goes on cooldown until Isaac walks up to him, or enters a new room.

The familiar cannot prevent damage from environmental hazards.

Lil Dumpy

• Following familiar that automatically produces a butter bean fart when an enemy or projectile comes close to hitting Isaac, often preventing damage
• After triggering this effect, lil dumpy flies off becoming inactive, and must be walked over to reactivate
• Abyss: x1 farting shield locust 1.5x Isaac's damage
