• Decreases max health by 1 heart
• Turns into a health up pill if Isaac has 1 heart or fewer
• Horse pill: Decreases max health by 2 heart
• Horse pill: Turns into a health up pill if Isaac has 2 hearts or fewer
• Placebo: Recharge 4
• False PHD: +0.6 damage
• False PHD + Horse pill: +1.2 damage
