Dark Matter is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+1 damage.
Adds a chance to shoot fear tears that cause enemies to run away from Isaac.
The chance to shoot fear tears starts at 33.33% with 0 luck, and goes up to 100% with 20 luck.
Has a 1% chance of being dropped upon defeating The Dark One.
