The Black Bean is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac.

Taking damage causes Isaac to fart 5 times in quick succession, knocking back and dealing poison damage to nearby enemies.

The farts deals 5 damage and the poison deals 6x Isaac's damage for 6 ticks.
