Monstrance is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Creates a large pulsing aura around Isaac that damages enemies inside of it.

The aura's damage scales as enemies get closer towards the inside of the aura, ranging from 0.4 on the edge, up to 3.9 + 0.3 × CurentFloor.

The aura deals damage 7.5 times per second.
