Soul of Lazarus is an unlockable consumable in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Kills and revives Isaac at half a heart in the same room, with some invincibility time.

The soul stone is automatically used upon taking fatal damage, essentially serving as an extra life.
